Fixed fee commercial property services
Where possible, we can agree a fixed price to handle specific commercial property matters, such as drafting contracts of sale or commercial leases. This gives you complete certainty over the costs involved.
Hourly rates for commercial property law services
For more complex matters, we will charge according to an agreed hourly rate based on the level of expertise required. The starting hourly rate is £300 per hour (No VAT).
Vat where payable on disbursements will be charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%.
